Project Development
- Working collaboratively with artists/creative teams to develop new commissions and their projects from concept to production
- Producing project proposals, budgets, schedules and strategies, assembling creative teams, as well a negotiating fees and contracts
- Research and developing strategic partnerships and leading on relationship management
- Identifying funding opportunities and writing funding bids (Such as ACE Grants for the Arts, Youth Music, and European Cultural Foundation)
- Designing and implementing creative impact measurement and evaluation strategies in-line with relevant funding requirements
Logistics and Finance
- Project scheduling (artistic, technical, marketing and administrative) as well as tour booking
- Full budget management for productions and financial reporting to partners and funders
- Acting as liaison between the artists, companies, venues, and festivals etc
- Implementing health and safety measures and safeguarding where required
Marketing and Audience Development
- Devising and implementing creative audience development strategies engaging a wide range of communities
- Designing publicity materials for both print and online including flyers, programmes, posters etc
- Developing digital and online resources, and managing social media and newsletters
Youth Facilitation
- Developing tailored programmes and facilitating workshops and activities for a wide range of young people with various needs
- Setting collaborative goals with young people, teachers, host organisations and developing plans to achieve these
- Enable young people to be actively involved in coproducing the planning, delivery and evaluation of their desired projects and events
- Ensuring compliance with policies for working with young people, Safeguarding and Health and Safety and any other operational procedures for direct delivery
